What Is CrossFit?
CrossFit is defined as constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements executed at a high intensity. Workouts are designed using movements we use from many different other sports such as running, olympic weightlifting, power lifting, gymnastics, kettle bell movements, and body weight movements. These movements get combined together to create a different workout everyday. The workouts are designed to improve your endurance, stamina, strength, and ultimately get you into the best shape of your life. All workouts are done in a class setting with people of all different fitness levels and conducted by a coach to guide everyone through class, and make sure everyone is completing each movement with perfect form.

CrossFit is designed to be scalable and modifiable for people of all fitness levels. Whether you are a 21 year old college athlete, a 65 year old grand mother, or anything in-between!
